Exceptional central location, hardly 100 meters distance from the sandy Levante Beach, the heart of the Old Town and one of its most popular commercial and pedestrian street. It offers the perfect lodging for those who enjoy a busy atmosphere: street cafe terraces, diverse type of shops, typically Spanish Tapas Bars...and the proximity to the most popular entertainment areas in the heart of Benidorm and beach area of Levante. Last refurbishment was in 2000, there are 70 studios spread over 5 floors which are fully equipped with air conditioning (July until September) and cooker/oven. An ironing board is available on request as is a safe-deposit box (for extra charge). Most studios are exterior and have a balcony overlooking the main pedestrian street, some of them enjoy a lateral sea view. They are all twin bedded and furnished with comfortable furniture.
