• Propreté: 5 No room service during our 3 night stay. Tables near the bar were not cleaned thoroughly.
• Situation: Sans évaluation €10 taxi fare to everywhere central.
• Installations et services: 5 Good, but no hair salon on site and no room service.
• Personnel: 10 Really nice staff.
• Tranquillité: 10 I liked the quietness, but the hotel wasn't any where near full capacity.
• Chambre: 2,5 Good, but the plaster on the ceiling of the stairs fell onto the stairs. I reported it, no one arrived.
• Relation qualité-prix: 5 Not really, when I think of the breakfast quality, no coffee machine in the room, maintenance didn't call when alerted to the stairs issue and no room service.

• Positif: The quality of the rooms, main building and pool area. Also the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.
• Négatif: If I have to choose a downside it would be the the lack of cooking utensils for a family. 2 pans (1 x very small), 1 x oven dish and basic utensils didn't make cooking easy. We didn't eat in the restaurant as the menu was quite basic. The rest of the place was so lovely we would have happily had a traditional Spanish, or higher quality meal than in the town, but with no-one else using the restaurant there was little atmosphere. I believe because of covid restrictions and low numbers of visitors the menu had been restricted and I would love to have seen the original menu. Neither of these things put us off or spoiled our stay. It was still excellent.

• Situation: 10 Close enough to the town but far enough away for peace and quiet. I believe the shuttlebus normally runs all day but it was restricted to once at the moment.
