• Location: 10 Great location, all places of interest are near by walk, I didnt even use my car during my stay.

• Staff: 10 Very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they let my dog stay with us.
• Quietness: 5 The hotel is situated on one of the busiest street, so dont expect it to be totally silent, but they have rooms facing to the inside of the building.

• Negative: Matress on one of the twin beds was unusable - a better one was reluctantly installed. The door to ensuite bathroom squeaked and was reluctantly attended to. Request for repair to latch on bathroom door was ignored (would not close) and we had to use the cord to hairdryer to tie around handle to close the door. Air conditioning was faulty.
