• Positive: Absolutely nothing, it was a complete disaster.
• Negative: Rude, unhelpful and inconsiderate staff. Lack of car parking facilities, and no help locating one when asking for one nearby. The fact they double-booked one of our rooms, AFTER we confirmed them 2 hours before arrival! We ended up as a very uncomfortable 6 people in a room for a night before moving onto another hotel nearby. The rooms were shoddy, the beds were dirty, the upholstery needed a wash and smelled funny! Overall it was a very very unpleasant experience, and would probably expect to find prison cells more satisfying.
