• Location: 10 no hay mejor para el centro.
• Common facilities and services: 5 normal, cuartos son muy pequeños. internet funciona lindamente pero casi no hay donde enchufar el ordenador.
• Staff: 7.5 siempre profesionales, siempre muy amables.
• Quietness: 2.5 paredes parecen ser hechos de papel, la acústica interior es un desastre.

• Common facilities and services: 10 La zona común muy bien decorada, acogedora y cálida. Me sentía en casa, mucho mejor que en hoteles de 3 y 4 estrellas donde he estado últimamente en Madrid.
• Staff: 10 Increíblemente amables y eficientes. Como llegué pronto y la habitación no estaba preparada, ellos mismos subieron el equipaje. Siempre atentos y amables. ¡Fantásticos!
• Quietness: 5 A veces se oía a la gente en el pasillo cuando hablaban un poco fuerte.
• Room: 7.5 Un poco pequeña. El escritorio también algo escaso. Las de la primera planta son un poco oscuras. Muy bien conservadas. Limpias. Bien pintadas.
• Value for money: 10 sin duda una excelente relación calidad/precio

• Negative: Rude staff, verrrrrry strict about any type of guests, I felt like I was treated worse than the other guests because I was younger, although I was still a paying customer

• Staff: Not rated The staff was the only reason I wouldn't go back. I had several incidents where they were extremely rude to and it was completely unwarranted. A friend of mine was attacked outside of the hostel very late at night, and the staff at the front desk not only did nothing about it but would not even let him enter to wash the blood off himself.

• Room: 2.5 Fairly small but clean
• Value for money: 2.5 The way I was treated was not worth the money. I felt that I was treated so differently as a younger person, and I believe an American (although I am well traveled and behaved myself as such), and for the price, that is unforgivable.
