• Positive: The staff are friendly and helpful, their English is good and the hotel is clean, tidy and with good maid service. Free WiFi. Open 24hr with no problems
• Negative: Sometimes its a bit expensive for what it is. Madrid is quite cheap overall and Persal is average for Madrid. I use it because it is convenient for me.

• Location: 10 Perfectly located halfway between Madrid's most famous art galleries and the gorgeous Plaza de Mayor. The Plaza that it is in and the one just next to it, Plaza Santa Anna have everything you need as far as night life so you don't need to go far at all.

• Staff: 10 Always very polite and helpful. I think that makes all the difference in feeling comfortable in a hotel.
