• Quietness: 5 We had a room at the back of the building, so no street noises. Yet it rained much, and the noise of rain drops on the fire staircase was quite loud.
• Room: 7.5 Size of room was okay, also nice that there was a safe. No view.

• Negative: Breakfast 8 euros. Our children would have had just one piece of toast or a bowl of cereal and a drink for that price

• Location: 5 It was near Sagrada Familiar and Metro but we didn%27t find any good restaurants in the area within easy walking distance
• Common facilities and services: 5 Coffee could have been available in the breakfast room all day and evening or tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms
• Staff: 10 Reception staff were very friendly and helpful
• Quietness: 5 Apart from the night when the dustcarts emptied the bins at 3.00 am it was just some traffic noise you would expect if staying on a main road. Inside was quiet
• Room: 7.5 The family room was a good size, warm, with plenty of wardrobe space
