The Hotel is in a 19th century building, which is one of the monuments in the city's historical area. It has easy access to the shopping, financial, administrative and institutional center of the city. The Hotel includes the " Ad Hoc" restaurant with an tenticing menu based on modern market cuisine and a carefully selected assortment of regional wine. All the rooms are decorated in a sophisticated, elegant 19th century style with colour-coordinated fabrics, small tables, lamps and antique and period-style furniture. All of these elements combine to create a relaxing harmony of comfort and aesthetics and of modern comfort and function and the building’s beautiful original features. You can still see the old hand-built brick walls, stone walls, the mosaics that are traditional in the Noia region, the original paintings and the attractive wooden ceilings.
