• Negative: The rooms were in a deplorable state! The aircon was not working in 3 out of 4 rooms that we'd booked, paint was peeling off the bathroom door. A tile was missing on the side of the bath and when we arrived in our room there was a leak in the ceiling and they'd put a bucket to collect the water! Definitely overpriced and not 4 star standard. Barely 2-3 star standard

• Negative: The central heating system was no working. We had an electrical heater in our room but it was not working when we left the room because of the room key.
