• Negative: Thin walls, water dripping on the outside of the pipe in the bathroom, room smelled like smoke and had an ashtray even though it said it was a non-smoking room, terrible reservation system that doesn't allow guest to make a change-only to cancel.

• Value for money: Not rated When I needed to change my reservation and sent an email requesting the change, I was told that the hotel would not do it. I was forced to cancel my reservation and rebook. At that point, the room rate went up by 20 Euros. I requested my previous rate in the comment section but it was not honored.

• Negative: la chambre seule était moins confortable que d'habitude, mais l'hotel était plein et je n'avais pas confirmé ma réservation.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 hôtel simple mais propre
• Location: 7.5 à deux pas de la gare, du tram, des bus, de nombreux petits restaurants, et de l'avenue Jean Médecin où se trouvent plein de magasins.
• Common facilities and services: 5 la climatisation est installée dans les chambres et c'est bien agréable.
• Staff: 10 Affable et disponible.
• Quietness: 7.5 Fenêtres double vitrage et pas de bruit intérieur lors de mes différents séjours.
• Room: 5 cette chambre était petite, très simple mais j'avais eu mieux lors des précédents séjours.
• Value for money: 10 un des moins cher de Nice pour un service tout à fait correct.
