• Positiv: La situacion
• Negativ: Hotel viejo , falta de reformas , buffet desayuno caro y con una calidad como mucho de hostal o pension, instalaciones inadecuadas para un hotel de 4 estrellas. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y no fueron capaces de arreglarlo ni darnos una solucion mas que un viejo ventilador portatil . Tras una noche y un dia infernales cuando dijimos que si no nos daban una solucion nos ibamos y no abonabamos el resto de la reserva y que ademas queriamos el libro ( hoja) de reclamaciones, entonces nos ofrecieron cambiarnos a otra habitacion en la que sí funcionaba el aire acondicionado. NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

• Lage: 10 Lo unico bueno del hotel
• Einrichtungen und Service: Nicht bewertet Falta reforma e instalaciones impropias de un hotel de 4 estrellas. desayuno caro y de baja calidad.
• Personal: 2,5 No nos dieron soluciones al problema del aire acondicionado y nos iban entreteniendo con buenas palabras para seguir sin aire acondicionado.

• Negativ: nada mas llegar nos dieron una habitacion, enchufamos el aire acondicionado y a la hora nos damos cuenta que no funcionaba, 30º en el exterior. La solucion que nos dan es un ventilador, esa noche no se pudo dormir Al dia siguiente sigue sin estar arreglado el aire acondicionado y no nos dan ninguna solucion. Bajo la amenaza de irnos y no pagar nos reubican en una habitacion cuando 1 hora antes no habia disponible ninguna. Un hotel de 4 estrellas no puede dar este servicio. El desayuno que ofrecen no es de 20€

• Negativ: No discount, eventhough our room was next to the elevator, which was super loud. In the morning the craftsmen were very loud because they had to fix something... unfortunately that was the airconditioner in our room, which didn't work. That also meant that we couldnt sleep very well the first night because it was so hot in the room.
