• Negative: the reception gave me wrong type room which is different to my reservation (one non-smoking room with one double bed). The first time, they gave me the smoking room and second time they gave me the room with two single beds. After I urgues with them, they gave me the corrct one. However I have to took my luggages to go up and down several times and I am not so satisfied with the girl in the reception. I stay from 2nd~5th-May and check-in in the afternoon of 2nd-May.

• Location: 10 地下鉄1号線グランビア駅が直ぐそばで、ソルやマヨール広場へ徒歩で10数分以内で行けるのが良い。

• Quietness: 2.5 ホテル内の騒音は問題ないが、ホテルの立地が市街中心部なので早朝の車（特にバイク）の音が気になる。
• Room: 7.5 創業以来の年月を感じさせるが、良い状態に保たれていると感じた。
• Value for money: 7.5 街中のホテルと承知して宿泊したので、多少の街路の騒音は我慢できる範囲であった。
