• Negative: the room was dirty and the service was very rude. one of the receptionists even lied to us. many of the facilities did not work and there was no one to fix it. the hotel is less than average but charges prices as if it was a luxrury hotel. this should not be rated as a 4 stars hotel but rather as a 3 stars hotel. choosing this hotel was a big mistake. don't make this mistake

• Location: 10 This is a super location; close to the Opera Roissybus dropoff and with siome excellent neighboo\rhood restaurants and several theatres, metro, RER, shopping, etc

• Quietness: 7.5 Some reviews I read before arriving indicated a noise problem; however, we did not expereince this. The hotel is not on a busy street and it was quiet at night. If the floor were crowed there might possibly be noise from adjoining rooms

• Value for money: 5 With a slightly larger room or with breakfast included this would be a super value but it is only average for this time of the year in Paris
