• 設備やサービスについて: 7.5 Sauna available and heated on request but had an incredibly strong smell of mould which I could smell even outside the doors.
• スタッフ: 10 Very helpful and sent my glasses to me after I had left them in the room safe at checkout.
• 騒音について: 10 Asked for quiet room and did not hear fellow guests at all. Could here the waves though, even with windows closed. This was not a bother for me.
• 客室について: 7.5 Bed and pillows were comfortable but bed was on wheels and tended to slide across the room with minimum pressure. There was a brake on one wheel, which I applied. Could be a hazard to someone with disabilities and could cause a fall.
• 満足度は？: 7.5 I had the breakfast included option but the breakfast was poor quality. Over the seven days I learned which things to avoid and I switched to tea for drinking in the morning as the coffee was not good. The price was good for location and also for service from staff which was very good and friendly (especially at reception).
