• Cleanliness: 5 Carpet in room stained and dirty. Housekeeping never vacuumed it. Bathroom and shower/tub were very clean. Common areas clean.
• Location: 2.5 You will have to take a cab to go anywhere. Many taxi drivers tried to rip us off. Local bus service is about 3/4 mile walk to bus stop.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Restaurant nice but expensive. Lobby and meeting areas very nice. Wireless internet expensive and unreliable.
• Staff: 2.5 Front desk staff not in any hurry to be helpful. Housekeeping staff was pleasant.
• Quietness: 7.5 Generally quiet, but could hear TV and people in next room.
• Room: 7.5 Nice size for European room, but snug by American standards. No clock or radio.
• Value for money: 2.5 Like all properties in this area, this was a fairly expensive hotel.
