• Negative: I based my reservation on this hotel due the balcony rooms have there. I got a room without it with a teribble view. I asked the service desk to change my room, she asked for how long i stay, i answered 3 nights. Then she said tomorrow morning before 11 am it wont be a problem to change room. I called the service deck the next day around 10:00 and his answer was it is not posible to change sorry. This is a disgrace! I orderd from the hotel site not from booking or other site. Insted get a room with balcony i got room with terrible view (other side of the main street) without balcony. Very ‎‎‎disappointing
