• Negative: Unfreundliches und verplantes Personal. Keine Hilfe beim schweren Gepäck, obwohl wie 2 Frauen mit 2 kleinen Kindern waren. Der Balkon war so laut, dass man beim Telefonieren den anderen nicht verstanden hat. Wir hatten eine Suite. Das zweite Zimmer hatte zwar ein Fenster, aber man hatte einen Blick auf eine Mauer!

• Negative: Un hotel al que le falta más "alma" para querer volver, a pesar de que su contexto es ese precisamente.... Las estrictas condiciones, el personal distante y poco empático, los horarios restrictivos de los servicios al cliente que impiden que , por ejemplo, el bar te sirva una bebida para llevar a la habitación un sábado a las 22h58, todas estas cosas son circunstancias que como decía arriba hacen que te pienses repetir la experiencia en un hotel que a priori cumple con creces lo que buscábamos en un establecimiento en Palma ciutat.
