• Staff: 10 When ever we have been the staff are brilliant always polite and helpful. The cleaning staff are great :)
• Quietness: 7.5 Being that little bit back from the from the front makes all the difference and the road noise is minimal.
• Room: 7.5 Very good, we were in room3321 and the only thing we could pick up on was the noise of a fan from the opposite roof. It did not effect us when the doors were closed but you were very aware of the noise when out on the terrace.
• Value for money: 10 We priced a few hotels but the Deloix came out on top

• Negative: The overall way to manage the hotel. Seems like most staff are not fully motivated. When a guest have full board, they always need to bring the paper welcomecard, why not store that information in the key cards which also should be RFID cards.

• Negative: Que sólo se pueda cenar hasta las 10 podrían alargarlo hasta las 19:30 a veces te viene un poco justo volver de alguna excursión y ducharte para bajar al comedor,y después desde que fuimos la primera vez a esta última el tema de animación a bajado bastante sobre todo en las actividades de mayores,no ha habido ni tiro con arco ni torneos deportivos en la piscina ni nada que había la primera vez que fuimos
