  • Negative: La atención del personal ya que nos quedamos atascadas en el ascensor durante 45 minutos y casi no nos vienen a avisar ni de que estaba en camino la ayuda.Como minimo tenian que habernos ofrecido una disculpa que casi ni la escuchamos.
