• Positive: The central situation in the midst of nightlife with Bars and Tapajerias, who are all much cheaper and better than the breakfast und bars in the hotel.
• Negative: The siuation of the pool. The Couch Covers were all very dirty, so one could not take place without a handtowel underneath. Despite reserved only for hotel guests, the pool area was frequently visited by guided tourists, who took pictures of the nearby Giraldatower. Nobody in the hotel cared about.

• Value for money: 5 Too expensive due to the dirt at the pool and no sport area in the hotel. Breakfast is also to expensiv. You'll get it better and cheaper in the nearby bars on The Calle Mateos Gago

• Negative: My family reserved 2 SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOMS because these are the only rooms with views to the city. We were given 2 double standard rooms with views of a tarp. To add insult to this situation, we were still charged the price of the better rooms. Also disliked the extremely rude men who "handled" my request to change to what was reserved by the official website and I had the printout and were told that was impossible since those rooms have been booked for a year. I also disliked the stench emanating from the basement as much as the stench of the pillows.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Broken lock on patio door, broken toilet flusher. Stench of pillows. Drinking glasses never changed.
• Location: 10 Across from Cathedral. Too bad our view was a tarp covering pool supplies instead of the processions of Semana Santa.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated Horrible smell in lobby coming up from the basement bathrooms. Pool is advertised as a benefit of the hotel but was closed every time we checked. Tried to have kids swim and was told it is "forbidden".
• Staff: Not rated Condescending, unhelpful.
• Quietness: Not rated Elevator noise all day and night.
• Room: Not rated View of a tarp. Amenities?? Size of room acceptable if we had booked this size of room.
• Value for money: Not rated Absolutely did not get what we paid for. We paid for SUPERIOR DOUBLE rooms with a view of the street and received double standard rooms with view of tarp. Wanted to view street scene during processions of Semana Santa.

• Negative: Uncomfortable beds, rooms got too hot even when the heater was off. When I tried to turn on the air conditioning, the cool setting also heated the room. I could hear people from other rooms through the walls, and we were kept awake all night from noise from the rooftop restaurant which we could hear through the ceiling.
