• ここが良かった: The location. The hotel is very central, near 3 alternative tube stations, and the eiffel tower is literally a street away.
• ここが気に入らなかった: The decor was a bit shabby in our room, however the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. So this made up for it. Also the cleaning of the rooms was excellent.

• 立地条件について: 10 A street away from the Eiffel tower. Walking distance to the Ecole Millitaire.

• 客室について: 5 The room was quite small and very hot at night - our stay was in early March so this was strange - especially as the heating did not appear to be on.
• 満足度は？: 7.5 I think you did get what you paid for in terms of location, though the decor could be spruced up a bit.

• ここが良かった: The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable, even in winter. Bed is firm and hot water in the toilet is excellent. Even the number of power outlet is more than sufficient. LCD TV is very clear.
• ここが気に入らなかった: A fridge would be good, and so would temperature control in the room. But these are not big issues, we are really happy about the place.

• ここが良かった: Me and my family stayed in this Hotel for 5 nights in the family room, unlike some comments we had the best time in Paris. We arrived early and the lady kept our luggages at the reception while we were having breakfast there, though they were not notified. My daughter did not feel well but they let her take a shower in an empty room!!! All the staff speak very good english and are always willing to help with any kind of informations especially the young gentleman at the front desk. The location is extraordinary convenient and yet for a two star hotel in Paris the price is reasonable. Overall, for a two star hotel we got a five star service, I would definitly go back there.

• 設備やサービスについて: 7.5 no airconditionning, but my family was happy to get free wireless internet as we were travelling for 2 months.

• 騒音について: 10 The hotel is in a pedestrian street... in Paris !!!! imagine that.

• ここが気に入らなかった: My wife and I stayed at the hotel on Dec 30 and 31. We are very displeased with our stay there. We had 2 different rooms and the heat was not working either night. Outside temperatures were below freezing and inside temperatures were not much better. The front desk refused to give us extra blankets also. The rooms were very small and beds were uncomfortable. The hotel was unwilling to give us any compensation for our displeasure. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We will never stay at this hotel again.
