"Estimada Cristina, Muchas gracias por dedicar tiempo a compartir su opinión con nosotros. Nos hubiera gustado que tuviera una mejor experiencia en nuestro hotel. Inmediatamente el personal de mantenimiento fue puesto en circunstancia y acudió a la habitación sin éxito. Como les dijimos el hotel estaba completo y no pudimos ofrecerle hasta la noche antes de su salida una habitación de categoría superior a la que ustedes reservaron, y cuando eso ocurrió nos comentasteis que no pasaba nada y que preferíais no cambiar. Lamentamos lo ocurrido, reciban un cordial saludo."
