• Negative: Service could have been better by the pool. I have stayed in similar hotels in Madrid and Barcelona, which have been far better organised by the pool - often the bar area here was unmanned, there was no cushions on the sun loungers, no water etc.

• Positive: The service was incredible. Carlos, our host was superb. We got to Seville without our bags as they were delayed. He took care of calling Delta airlines and keep track of our baggage. He made great recommendations for restaurants. Sat down with us at breakfast to help plan our day in Seville. I have never been treated this well in any hotel in the world. Excellent
