• Positive: The staff was really friendly and helpful. The internet service was very fast and I didn't have any problems connecting. The location was just amazing, with a balcony overlooking Puerta del Sol. The room was clean and comfortable, and suprisingly quiet for the location.
• Negative: There were a few additional fees, such as to rent an internet cable or for use of the room safe. These things should just be free. However, the fees weren't too bad and I appreciated having access to these amenities.

• Quietness: 7.5 There was a little noise that made it into the room, but I was suprised at how quiet it was for the location.
• Room: 7.5 Furniture was very basic, but everything needed was available. Lots of fun amenities in the bathroom.
• Value for money: 10 I loved this hotel and would definitely stay again.1

• Location: 10 A short walk to the Palacio Real in one direction and the Prado in another direction.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Two computers in the lobby for general use. Many clients don't pay attention to the 15 minute limit. The Wifi in my room didn't work very well.

• Quietness: 10 We were on the Puerto del Sol on Easter night and with the windows closed, it was silent in the room. Brand new windows I guess.
• Room: 5 The room was small for 3 people. IT would be perfect for 2. We also stayed at the Europa at the beginning of the trip for 3 consecutive nights and the room was much bigger the first time.
