• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: The hotel is in a great location right next to the Puerta del Sol and within walking distance of all major sites, plus right next to a metro stop. The staff was friendly and generally helpful. The rooms were clean. The restaurant is very good.
• Negative: The rooms were on the small side. We could not get a king size bed. The beds were not very comfortable. The bath towels were small. The common areas (like hallways) needed upgrading - poor maintenance and worn carpets.
