• Positive: Great location. Helpful staff. Almost obsessively clean. Excellent value for the price.
• Negative: It is right on Puerta del Sol, so it may be a bit loud for some. The windows are sound proofed well, bit it is the city center of Madrid.

• Cleanliness: 10 This may be the cleanest hotel room I have ever had. Rivals much higher priced hotels.

• Negative: rigid service, inflexibility of staff. They charged for a double room as they should have but because it was in the afternoon they would not even bringus an extra towel or soap. There were other items as well, petty but overall not good service
