• Quietness: 10 Inside very peaceful, outside v. crowded but noise mostly from street entertainers and not unpleasant

• Positive: good hotel in great location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Staff was willing to keep our large suitcases stored for the one night we traveled elsewhere in Spain, and then had the bags all set in the room when we returned. Very thoughtful.
• Negative: Due to location, was occasionally noisy late into the night. Found small ants in our room, but staff did respond to take care of them, once we notified them.

• Positive: I've been staying at Hotel Europa for years. And WOW - it's so different since the remodel. But different in a fabulous way. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and kind. It's perfectly located and you can find all the basic ammenitites you need such as internet, phone, tv, etc. Great deal for the price.
• Negative: hmmm...probably that you have to go to the lobby to activate in the room safe box...but it's not that big of a deal
