- Negative: At the arrival in the batroom there were no hand towels and no toilet paper and there was a dirty towel on the floor, but as soon as I reported it at the reception your staff immediately remedied the situation. Great assistance!

- Positive: Le petit déjeuner, les boissons chaudes pourraient être servies à table, mais c'est un détail, la chambre spacieuse
- Negative: L'absence de vue de la fenêtre , la fenêtre donnait dans un patio inaccesible et on ne voyait pas le ciel donc pas le jour, et pourtant demandé lors de la réservation dans commentaires. J'en ai parlé au réceptionniste qui a fait un petit geste lors du reglement sachant que je suis claustrophobe ;) Manque de prêt de parapluie pour la clientèle
