• Negative: How warm our room got even with the window open, not enough toilet paper, how easily our room cards got deactivated just because they were too close to our phones, the noise level from the hallway even when our room door was closed, the lack of hooks in the bathroom

• Cleanliness: 7.5 The bathroom had an odd smell that didn’t really go away. Everything was mostly clean but when we arrived some of the mugs were dirty and the bidet as well
• Location: 10 Did not even need a bus pass because everything we wanted to see/go to were within walking distance
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The restaurant was nice and the terrace was amazing
• Staff: 7.5 They were helpful with the problems we had and did what they could but our Spanish wasn’t super great so communicating got a bit frustrating at times
• Quietness: Not rated Maybe it’s bad luck but some guests were arguing at night time so it was quite loud but we could also hear people walking past and talking and luggage rolling. We had a room that faced other rooms (a ventilation area?) that also was very noisy since we needed the window open because the ac wasn’t on and we didn’t even get good airflow. Anyways that ventilation area was loud because it echoed and noises from the terrace carried down. Also the staff were doing things like laundry which made noise too
• Room: 7.5 The size worked well for three people (double room with extra bed). The view wasn’t towards the city but rather other rooms so it was not nice. The shape of the room was fine although there’s no lighting on the closet so it was hard to see because the light was behind us when we wanted to get things from the closet. The mini fridge was so difficult to get to in the cabinet it was in because the cabinet was so hard to open
• Value for money: 5 Maybe. The location was great and what I valued the most even though my hotel experience was just okay
