• Staff: 10 All the staff were courteous and friendly, willing to help at all times to answer any questions or deal with any problems
• Quietness: 5 Our room was a little noisy at night but that was primarily because we were located near the lift, and also due to some inconsiderate guests making a lot of noise when returning to their rooms
• Room: 7.5 I had requested a room with a view or balcony on my booking request but upon arrival was given a room with neither, however it did appear to be recently refurbished. I did ask if I could move room and reception were able to do this for me.
