• Negativ: No vinieron a limpiar el estudio hasta que llamé a la recepción tal vez por falta de comunicación y no se nos informó del horario para el desayuno. La cama no era muy cómoda en cuanto a la calidad/precio. El agua caliente de la ducha se agotaba muy pronto. Se nos llamó a las 12 en punto a la habitación el día del check out, para meternos prisa para que nos fuésemos.

• Positiv: Being Upgraded from Superior to Vanity was excellent, the standard was fantastic and I have told as many people as I can that these apartments are really good. I hope to book for the first week in January 2018 but cannot at this stage get booked!

• Negativ: I am not sure where to start – As soon as we arrived at the apartment I noticed straight away that the floors were filthy they had dirty foot prints, the tables had cup marks on them and the work surface where overran by ants! I went straight to reception and asked for a new room. I was advised the hotel was full but someone would speak to me in the morning. Once in the room I noticed there was really loud music when I opened the curtains it was then I noticed that our room backed onto the back of 2 bars - !!! The music latest until 5am sometimes more and as the stairs to the bars where at the back of our room there were drunks shouting , arguing and on a couple of occasion being VERY intimate at all hours of the day. It was so bad we had to keep the curtains and doors closed at all times. My daughter should not have had to see or hear the things she did (she is only 9). Now onto the cockroaches!!! They were everywhere. The doors had large gaps on them; you could see where they had tried to fix these with putting wood on the doors to fill the caps. I went 4 times to ask for a new room and I explained everything, each time I was told the hotel was full, I ended up buying brush, mop and bucket. I was a disgrace. I was there with several friends and they had been given renovated rooms, the difference was night and day! I will be posting an honest review on trip advisor!!

• Positiv: The pool area was lovely and clean, the beds were comfy and looked lovely and modern! The reception area and staff were All friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend!
• Negativ: The one thing I could say (which I know is not the hotels fault) but we had a few cockroaches in our room. So the hotel had our room cleaned every day instead of every other day which I think is important if cockroaches are visible!

• Positiv: Close to beach, New room was modern and clean. Daily cleaning service very good. New bar area is really modern and clean and drink prices etc are very fair.
• Negativ: Pool is very cold, which is a shame as kids could not play in it. Free Wifi in rooms would be nice ( considering what we paid ) but all in all it is a lovely place to stay.
