• Positive: Staff were really friendly, everything was clean and well kept.
• Negative: Easily accessible water - need more water fountains. Kept having to ask at the bar and then it would be from a plastic bottle (see below on single plastic use) Sun beds around the pool - there isn’t enough of these Toilets in the restaurant/ bar - the only toilet on the bottom floor is that by the pool, would be better if there was one inside Single use plastic - the amount of single use plastic was seriously disturbing (plastic cups, plastic straws, plastic bottles) I think the hotel needs to look at this.

• Positive: Design of the hotel, location close to airport, spacious room, good working airco, not too much noise in hotel
• Negative: The staff was friendly, but there were only a few who went the extra mile. The room was cleaned properly, apart from the bathroom.

• Cleanliness: 5 hotel was clean, room was clean - except for the bathroom (still some hairs on the walls) and the trashcan near the toilet was not always emptied
• Location: 7.5 Very close to airport and Palma, which is nice. Also close to beach and boulevard. However, the party vibe was very noticeable and I didn't like it that much (personal thing)
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Overall good. Gym can be cleaned more often. Once we found a ball of hair near the swimming pool.
• Staff: 5 Most of the staff were friendly and helped us accordingly. But that's it.
• Quietness: 7.5 The hotel is situated in a busy surrounding, but we didn't notice much of that.
• Room: 7.5 Enough space, nice design, beds ok. However, there is only a glass door for both the bathroom and the toilet. It's not very private.
• Value for money: 7.5
