• Negativ: My camera and some of my clothing was stolen from my room. Nothing was done about this by the hotel staff.

• Sauberkeit: Nicht bewertet The hotel smelt of pollution, the room was not cleaned very well, fresh towels were not provided everyday to the room.
• Lage: 5 The description on the hotel website to Benicassim musical festival is deceptive and not true. The walk is about a mile not 100m.
• Einrichtungen und Service: 2,5 When we arrived at the hotel a week before the music festival we were provided with good service and reasonable prices. As the festival approached prices for drinks and food in the hotel doubled and no service was provided. It was cheaper to have a meal and wine in a restaurant than have a coke and toasted sandwich in the hotel.
• Personal: Nicht bewertet The reception staff were very unhelpful when belongings from my room were stolen, I was told it was my own fault because I hadnt put valuable items in the safe. As well as my camera clothing was also taken from my room - it is unfair to expect to put clothing in the safe - it would not fit. On departure from the hotel the reception staff refused to book us a taxi, this made our return journey very stressful.
• Ruhe: Nicht bewertet Didnt get a decent sleep the entire holiday because of noise in and out side of the hotel. This was not made clear on the hotel website.
• Zimmer: Nicht bewertet Small room, website stated the room would have air conditioning however it only had a fan which worked intermitently which made the room extremely hot.
• Preis-Leistungs: Nicht bewertet This was an expensive 4* hotel - we definitely did not get value for money.

• Ruhe: 5 Mostly quiet, depending on what side of the hotel you are on. During the festival it gets very noisy during the afternoon as you can hear sound checks being done in the arena. Also, the pool area fills up and gets very noisy from about 14:00 onwards.
• Zimmer: 7,5 Good sized room and bathroom. Free safe and small fridge with the room, which was nice but the fridge was a little small.
