• Negative: Despite information in the room saying that free tea and coffee would be available in room, it wasn't. Despite numerous requests at reception we only got this for 2 days and numerous conflicting reasons were given. We got bitten in the room constantly and were not sure whether this was bed bugs or not so made sure we washed all clothes on return
