• Negative: Having to carry suitcases up the many steps to our room! No help provided and not good for anyone, no disabled people would be able to stay, not great for young families with prams etc or the elderly.

• Positive: El apartamento en general esta muy bien, los servicios, la zona al aire libre muy amplia, el sector del desayuno y el personal EXCELENTES, faltaria algun bizcocho casero y no tanto industrial pero hay muchas opciones
• Negative: Tuvimos el vater perdiendo agua por abajo y luego inundandose por arriba los 3 dias de la estancia y las soluciones fueron momentaneas. No me gusto nada que al salir, con las maletas en la mano, nos dijeron que podiamos hacer un late check out...y que nadie se acercara a hablar con nosotros. He recibido una respuesta a mi queja de la direccion, pero no me satisface en nada, me parece que me toman el pelo diciendome que en mi proxima estancia tendre un descuento si no vivo en Tenerife. 170€ por noche con el baño en esas condiciones es un robo. Y espero compensacion ahora, no el proximo viaje/estadia.

• Cleanliness: 10 Excelentes las empleadas de limpieza, muy agradables y dispuestas. El unico "pero" es que se reunen al comenzar la jornada al lado de la ventana de la hab 111 y despiertan a los clientes
• Location: 5 Caminando esta cerca de zonas de interes
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Bien en general todo, espacios amplios, servicios completos, la piscina queda pequeña para tantos apartamentos, y el agua no esta muy climatizada
• Staff: 10 Todos en general, destacan las chicas de limpieza y el encargado de los desayunos. Si lo tuvieran de director del hotel, seguro el servicio mejoraria.
• Quietness: 5 Bastante tranquilo en general, salvo que el apartamento que nos toco, 111 esta al lado del bar y del paso a los demas apartamentos, por lo que se oyen ruidos
• Room: 10 Todo muy bien. Sobra la botella de cava de mala calidad, y faltan capsulas de cafe de bienvenida.
• Value for money: 2.5 Caro, si el servicio no es bueno, 3 personas sin un vater funcional las 24 hs no permite disfrutar de otras cosas. Nos ofrecieron usar el baño publico...sin palabras

• Positive: Lovely looking place, everything looks clean and modern. Love that the hotel has multiple outdoor seating areas.
• Negative: Pool was not heated. We were told the heating system for the pool has not been working for week by the life guard but unfortunately wasn't informed of this prior to our stay. The heated pool was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here and it was a shame it wasn't working. Our bathroom smelt like sewage - the smell was strong and unpleasant.

• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Older travelers, Handicapped
• Cleanliness: 7.5 I would of rated this 5 but unfortunately the smell in the bathroom was so bad and felt unclean.
• Location: 5 Location is okay, the hotel is on a hill but taxi is not expensive so works out okay.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Breakfast was lovely. Seating areas where great.
• Staff: 10 All staff at reception and restaurant were lovely
• Quietness: 2.5 Not sure why but the sound of cars was very loud at night. I sounds like thunder/storm.
• Room: 10 We stayed in the junior suite and it was a really good size and nice storage/kitchen facilities
• Value for money: 7.5 Would have been more value for money if heated pool worked
