• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The hotel has amazing facility and for sure the location helps. However, I would suggest to have an area where guests can work: for example, the 9th floor area (room opposite to the one of the breakfast), could be easily become a working space when you don't have event, either for free or for payment. I'm pretty sure that business people would appreciate a quite area where to work.
• Staff: 10 Special mention for Rafael, Alejandro, Ibra, the blond guy that often works on the entrance door, the event manager and, the cleaning service.
• Quietness: 7.5 From the 3rd floor it is possible to hear the music from the Salvaje restaurant. However, it is not so loud and it is possible to rest and sleep
• Room: 7.5 The Junior Suite is really good. I was expecting something in term of dimension from the Premium Double Room
• Value for money: 7.5 The Junior Suite has a really good value for money. The Premium Double for almost 180 Euro/night I found it a bit overrated compared to other 4 and 5 stars hotel I have been all over Europe
