• ここが良かった: The selection of food at breakfast is excellent and the staff there were very helpful. Shower in the bedroom was also great, good amount of storage in the room. Having an adults-only pool was excellent and a good size and temperature.
• ここが気に入らなかった: WiFi always connected but didn’t always work. I was a solo traveller and was horrified when the staff at Krystal restaurant made disapproving remarks when I asked for a table for one, completely unacceptable. Air conditioning in the room is difficult to control. Having to pay to use the safe seems far-fetched. Part of being on holiday for me is having breakfast outside but there was no opportunity to do that. However it was extremely hot while I was there so the air conditioning was welcome. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room, again a very basic luxury most people would expect in a four star hotel. Especially in one that accommodates so many British people. The gym’s air conditioning is not strong enough. Also there should be a younger age limit on people using the gym as there were kids in there when I went.

• スタッフ: 7.5 Generally staff are excellent apart from the one person in Krystal restaurant who made me feel embarrassed for having dinner on my own.

• 客室について: 5 My view was not very good, I was disappointed with having to look at. A large tree and the roof of the restaurant.
• 満足度は？: 2.5 This hotel is far too expensive for what you get. I shan’t be returning.
