• Positive: The price for a double room was very affordable and breakfast was okay (fresh brewed coffee, fresh orange juice). The hotel is situated in a friendly street with some shops, restaurants and metro station (Dugommier) nearby. The owner and his staff were very helpfull and friendly. The hotel is only 1 star and gives good value for money but don't expect luxury comfort e.g. bathroom, beds, and room are rather small but clean and functional I would recommend this hotel for 1 or 2 nights stay in Paris.
• Negative: The hotel has no elevator so not suitable for handicapped or elder people due to small staircase

• Location: 7.5 metro close by, plenty of nice cafes and bars around
• Common facilities and services: 5 breakfast room is adequate
• Staff: 10 very nicely run by friendly people
• Quietness: 7.5 although on a road it wasn,t busy just local people.
• Room: 5 rooms were quite small but adequate for a short stay
• Value for money: 7.5 although not a high class hotel we thought excellent value for money.
