Room was tended to everyday, linen and towels replaced whenever needed. During second week of our stay, the quality of cleaning was not as high. On check out day, we arranged later check out, but cleaner was still working in the replacement room, and was rude when we arrived !

Almost all staff were very efficient and courteous.

Room was quite quiet most of the time as we were on 7th floor. Away from the pool area was quieter almost all day every day.

Room was fine, a good strong 3 star, firm bed, no real luxury, but perfect for resting!

Yes I think we're did, certainly in the first week. Second week, there seemed to be a shift around of staff. Dining room waiting staff quality dropped, so did the food. Food was often over cooked, tables weren't cleared as quickly, and manners of staff slipped. It was a shame as the first week was like a well oiled machine, food was great, beautifully cooked, and staff were fabulous!

Efficient Reception, polite and helpful staff. Cleanliness of all communal areas.

Temperature in bar and lounge, air conditioning could have been turned up a few degrees. The continual scraping of the wooden chairs on the tiles of the restaurant. It was ceaseless and spoilt the atmosphere.

The hotel was generally very clean, but the pool could have been kept cleaner during the day.

A good location near the beach, a fair distance into town (but an enjoyable walk)

Good facilities - especially the large pool and the spa and gym.
There was a volleyball court which had weeds growing in the sand and it was obvious nobody had been maintaining it.

Never saw an unfriendly member of staff - even cleaners and maintenance workers were polite. They were also very efficient.

My room overlooked the town and sea. People have complained about noise in these rooms from bars, but there was no noise with the balcony doors closed.

I was in a superior room (number 800) which was shaped not quite as nicely as other superior rooms, but was a good size, had a nice view and good amenities, although the English channels on the TV did not work (a signal booster needed?)

Loud entertainment food not as good as last year I do not like all inclusive style, attracts customers that want to drink a lot and standard of hotel goes down staff are only clearing up after the clients no time to chat or be professional waiters. Entertainment was too loud we were on the 7 th floor and couldn't hear the TV in room even with windows closed. Entertainment team played same music every day very loud and unsuitable for clientele at that time of year ie very young children and older people. Gangan style seemed to on a loop!

The extremely loud 'entertainment' particularly late at night. The volume was unreasonable and the PA system more appropriate for a sports stadium. The dj shouted which made the bad songs even worse. It completely ruined our stay as it was like torture. We couldn't get away from it. Our children were very upset. Even the mini disco was too loud. Children do not need loud music like that.

Handy for the beach and town.

Pool was not too clean. Food was average, breakfast good but dinner not too good. It was like a school canteen. The staff did a brilliant job keeping tables clear given the mayhem. More a feeding station than a restaurant really. Didn't use the spa as we escaped the hotel after breakfast each day to seek some peace.

The worst I have ever experienced. Perhaps a few guests like to be deafened by tacky music every night but I think you need to lower the volume of entertainment and ask the reps to stop shouting. Not relaxing at all and we could not escape as our room overlooked the pool. More Magaluf than Puerto Pollensa!!

Family room was a great size and layout. Shame that due to the 'entertainment' we could not sit on the balcony at night when our young children were trying to sleep.

We booked directly as we just needed somewhere for a few days before moving elsewhere so probably subsidised the all inclusive package deals.
