• Location: 10 The neighborhood is fantastic and it was very easy to walk to most of the places I was interested in seeing. A great location!

• Staff: 10 Every single staff member who I interacted with was friendly, warm, and helpful.
• Quietness: 10 My room faced in on the courtyard, so I could hear noises during breakfast, but it didn't bother me at all. During other times it wasn't noisy since the room wasn't on the street side.
• Room: 10 The size was more than enough for me (solo traveler). It had a wonderful character - I loved that it wasn't just the same as other hotels. It has real warmth and personality! I made use of the ample closet/dresser space, as well as the desk and mini-fridge. The shower was pleasant, and the room was clean.
• Value for money: 10 Yes! Great value for the money.
