• Quietness: 5 Our room was on the fourth floor facing the entence of the hotel. It was quite noisy even with the windows and shutters closed.

• Positive: The location and ambience. The staff was friendly too although they spoke little to no English.

• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean and nice.
• Location: 10 Loved you could park just outside the wall / gate for 1 Euro for a whole day! Due to language barrier, we had to figure this out ourselves. Would be great if you had a one page sheet on parking options in English, explaining the white, green and blue lines. We had to go to the Parador down the street since they spoke better English and could give us tips.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 A one page sheet in English on these would be nice. When is the tavern and breakfast room open? How do you use the espresso machine? Etc.
• Staff: 7.5 Courteous and helpful but spoke little English.
• Quietness: 7.5
• Room: 5 The bed was very comfortable. Due to the step down in our room, we were afraid we would fall in the middle of the night going to the bathroom.
• Value for money: 7.5 Very fair price for what you get.
