• Positive: Friendly reception when we arrived, room was ready, clean, and lovely bathroom (used the tub). Good location. Easy to get cab to airport in the morning. Breakfast was very good. We were offered many options, appreciated fresh fruit & simple cereals, but if we were really hungry we could have filled up on traditional items (spanish omelet) and pastries. Everything was ready and nicely presented.
• Negative: We were going to dine at hotel restaurant, but after we ordered drinks we could not get service anyones attention for food, so we opted to go elsewhere. The drinks were good, but service was lacking.

• Positive: The front desk help, attitude and friendliness of all the staff.
• Negative: The special Christmas eve dinner which was expensive and not very good. No one told us we could order a la carte especially since we didn't like everything on the fixed prix dinner. (although they did their best to help us) also the hangers were those kind that fit in hooks and fall out plus no drawers that could hold anything.
