• ここが良かった: Customer service was fantastic. The hotel staff are very pleasant and accommodating. They provided us with insightful tips on how to avoid lines, best places to eat etc. We forgot something in the hotel after check-out, and realized it only at the airport. We called the hotel and they promptly sent a taxi to the airport with our stuff. We were very impressed with this level of customer service.

• 立地条件について: 10 On door step of Alhambra and near other sights and plently of bars & restaurants. A bit further from train and bus station but both an easy taxi ride away.
• 設備やサービスについて: 10 Internet and 24 tea and coffee available free.
• スタッフ: 10 Friendly and helpful staff.
• 騒音について: 10 No problem with noise.
• 客室について: 7.5 Our room was small but well equiped and was adequate given that we didn't spend time there other than to sleep!
