Room and bathroom were nicely appointed. Internet wi-fi in the room was free and worked flawlessly. Perfect location near to Alhambra, and historic quarter. Price was reasonable.

Free wi-fi Internet in rooms worked perfectly. Please note I never tried their breakfasts or meals, as I usually prefer to eat outside the hotel.

Room size was acceptable. Bathroom was nice, though could have done with a bit of replenishment of soaps etc., and a solid shower screen instead of curtain. But these are minor things.

The room was kept very clean, however, there was a little smell in the bathroom.

In the middle of everything - the center of Granada, the Alhambra, restaurants, bars, everything in walking distance. But still the hotel is not on a very busy street. But as our room faced the street we had to live with a noisy bar on the other side which closes at 3 a.m.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The inside of the hotel was pretty quiet, but the outside noise was heavy due to the bar on the other side of the street and people walking by.

The size of the room was okay by Spanish standards, however, it was very basically equipped (e.g. did not even have a closet or a proper chair although there was room). The bathroom was tiny.

The very friendly staff who gave excellent advice on where to shop, eat and drink in Granada, good viewpoints and easy ways to get there. Particularly Luciana.

The breakfast is self-service and rudimentary at best although there is a good range of foods and if that's the worst i can say about the hotel they're doing very well!
