I like a combination of things. The location of the hotel was ideal, right off of La Rambla yet quite and secluded. The hotel staff were wonderful. Everyone at the hotel from the front desk, the waitresses to the young waiters in the bar were kind, polite, and very professional. The design of the hotel was impeccable. The room was small but well-designed with added extra touches such as robes and house shoes. The public areas such as the lobby, restaurant, and terrace were upscale and full of young, good-looking people.

The maids always were good at cleaning everything in spite of our luggage all over the room!

This hotel appears to be a well-kept secret. We were unsure whether we wanted to book this hotel or the Murmuri. We were very happy with our selection but once we saw the location and lobby of the Murmuri - we were thrilled with our choice!!!!

Fuimos al spa a última hora (20:00) y la piscina de naranajas no tenía naranjas. La fría estaba caliente, el jacuzzi tenía espuma... el hielo estaba deshecho... había gente lavándose el pelo y frotandose el cuerpo con jabón en las sillas de descanso... Fuimos el último turno, pero eso no quiere decir que tengamos derecho a un peor servicio, a unas instalaciones deficientes..
Otro comentario es que los tres cambiadores son insuficientes, ya que un grupo de jóvenes hicieron "piquete", así guardándose el turno unas a otras, y no dejando pasar al resto de usuarios. Que por cierto, estábamos deseando salir de allí.

Fatal por escaso. Sólo había una persona dispensando toallas, que por supuesto hacía su trabajo, pero una sola persona es totalmente INSUFICIENTE. Dentro nadie vigilaba, por lo que había gente gritando, haciendo ruido sin parar, lavándose fuera de los lugares indicados a tal efecto... en definitiva, nos fuimos más estresados de lo que llegamos, y pasamos hasta asco. Y sobre todo sin ganas de volver, ni de recomendarlo por supuesto.

Volviendo a lo que ya he comentado, al ser el último turno nos quedaron "las sobras" de la jornada. Por lo que los 18 euros por persona son demasiado para una sesión de "pisicna sucia y ruidosa".

Would prefer to have less expensive breakfast option. 15 Euros is a lot for a buffet meal. We ended up at the local bakery which offered the same options for significantly less.

Would have liked more space to place luggage. Was a bit cramped. Otherwise, bathroom was nice and well-equipped, good windows to block out noise, very nice to have safe in room.
