• Positive: Lo que más me gustó fue su situación. Se encuentra prácticamente en frente de una de las entradas al casco antiguo de Toledo y muy cerca de algunos de los puntos más importantes de la ciudad. El desayuno buffet que el hotel ofrece también es de muy buena calidad y el servicio de cafetería extremadamente amable y servicial con los huéspedes.
• Negative: Lo que menos me gustó fue un extraño olor que encontrábamos en la habitación y que nunca supimos a que atribuir.

• Cleanliness: 5 Se notaba un olor extraño al entrar en la habituación, quizás porque se permitiera fumar o porque simplemente estaba situada cerca de la cafetería. Realmente no supimos a que atribuir el olor.

• Value for money: 7.5 Es un hotel que responde perfectamente a las expectativas de alguien que paga una cantidad modesta por una habitación muy bien situada y unos servicios bastante buenos.
