• Propreté: 5 Due to Covid-19 you would presume that at the pool area the pool boy would do more regarding cleaning materials or sunbeds, but he doesn't. That would be a lot better regarding Covid-19.
• Situation: 7,5 The Hotel is located at a nice location and through the gate located at the pool you are within a few minute walk from the harbour. So the location is good.
• Installations et services: 5 The breakfast is based on the United Kingdom people. This could be done much better and the variety could be better.
• Personnel: 5 We checked in- and out with a very polite and friendly staff member at the reception desk (a women with blond short hair). She was very nice and explained everything correctly. She knew how to treat guests. The pool boy's (we saw 3 different guys) don't know how it works.
• Tranquillité: 2,5 Each night our neighbours came home around 03:00 and everything they said we could hear. So the noise of the neighbours is a point that needs to be covered more.
• Chambre: 5 The room is fine. A little bit small if you compare it to other hotel rooms in Portals Nous, but it's fine for a week.
• Relation qualité-prix: 5 Yes, it's a value for money.
