- Location: 10 Near all amenities and just a short walk to the beach and if you want to go to bus to Palma, the bus sto9p is just a few minutes walk from the hotel

- Staff: 10 Very friendly and efficient about cleaning uop after the meal is finished and the pool are is spotless.
- Quietness: 10 There was no excess noise even though we were right beside BCM
- Room: 10 We asked for a pool view and it has the sun till 7pm
