• Negative: La organización del buffet, sus camareros, los de análisis del agua que entran a las 10 a analizar el agua, los topes de las puertas que hacen que no se abran bien, especialmente las que comunican habitaciones, decoración triste. El personal que cuando empiezan a trabajar meten exceso de ruido por los pasillos. Ese hotel está sin control.

• Room: 5 La ducha de la habitación no se corresponde con la categoría del hotel. Costaba mucho regular la temperatura y la alcachofa era muy básica.

• Staff: 10 Service was excellent, particularly at reception and in the bar. We had breakfast in the bar, a few lunches and drinks in the evening. We saw the same staff every day and were impressed both by their hard work, efficiency and good humour.
• Quietness: 7.5 Some noise in the corridor late at night from other guests. This was a lack of consideration from them.
• Room: 7.5 I prefer a walk in shower. For older guests, stepping in and out of the bath feels less safe.
• Value for money: 10 Exceptional value for money. Great rates on the website.
