• Positive: La limpieza. El trato amble y eficaz del personal de recepción. La cordialidad del personal de cefetería y supermercado recepción. la tranquiliad y el silencio.
• Negative: falta de plantas en jardineras habitación. Pocas actividaes dentro del hotel por las noches pues obligatoriamente hay que salir del hotel . ejm. no hay piano bar en cafetería piscina.

• Positive: Price, Balcony, cleanliness, service, welcome, amenities on site, pool bar and restaurant (just everything really) I also liked the fact that the lifeguard in the sunsuit was removing people’s towels off loungers when they attempted to reserve them then didn’t arrive for hours!! This should definitely be made a rule that no reserved sun loungers.
• Negative: Not really anything I disliked at all!

• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean! All communal areas kept clean and tidy, well looked after, rooms kept clean maids always changed towels and even finished off washing up (not expected).
• Location: 10 Great location not far from restaurants or beach!
• Common facilities and services: 10 Shop, bakery and reception great! Love the bakery!!!
• Staff: 10 Efficient always on hand if you need them or had a question, very welcoming!
• Quietness: 10 Noise is not a bother to us at all, like a bit of noise on holiday gives it atmosphere.
• Room: 10 I think the rooms are great, took us a while to figure out the sofa bed but once got it absolutely fine, kitchen well equipped, bedroom has lots of space, easy to push beds together to create a double. View is lovely can’t complain! The balcony’s are amazing! Especially for my little boy who is 2 so much space and not the worry about hurting himself, do think the edging for joining balcony’s could be slightly higher as my little one was able to climb over but then again that’s down to us watching him.
• Value for money: 10 Absolutely! I think the price is just right for what you have! It draws people back! We will be booking to return again next year but for 2 weeks!

• Negative: The Air Conditioning in the Sun Suite Royal Apartments only covers the Bedroom and not the living area which is a huge disadvantage for someone sleeping on the pullout bed in the living area!

• Positive: Friendly service, especially at reception desk.
• Negative: Swimming pool opened too late at 10.00, I like to get early morning sun. There are no signs in place about the lifeguards 45 Min towel rule and it is very frustrating when it happens to you and you don't know about it. Every Sat & Sun there is overcrowding in the pool and a lot of the weekend guests have no wristbands on.

• Positive: La amplitud de los apartamentos, especialmente la terraza y el haberle colocado césped da sensación de frescor.
• Negative: El que no haya ningún tipo de prohibiciones en la piscina. Vimos un accidente aparatoso de un jóven al saltar como caballos dentro de la piscina. A los chicos y chicas socorristas, los extranjeros no les hacen caso alguno.

• Cleanliness: 5 A pesar de que fregabamos la loza, nunca nos limpiaron la encimera; no nos dejaban ni siquiera una bolsa de basura extra (éramos 4 personas)
